Award for Outstanding Contribution in Solid Waste Management

Brewer Science, Inc. is being recognized  for its outstanding contributions as a Business/Industry in solid waste management.  Brewer Science hosted the first  full-scale household hazardous waste collection in the Ozark Rivers region  in 2002. This event was marked by both the overwhelming response  from area residents  and the dedication of Brewer Science employees to make sure the event was successful.  The collection was a combined effort between the solid waste district and a  number of local businesses and communities, but Brewer Science  served as the catalyst  and driving force behind the event's success. Nominated by Brady Wilson of  the City of Rolla.
