Cee® 200HD Heavy Drive Spin Coater

The Cee^® 200HD spin coater extends the accuracy, repeatability, and reliability found in all Cee^® processing equipment, but now with a heavier drive system.  This system allows for faster ramping and better handling of larger and heavier substrates. This spinner is commonly used for spin coating wet chemistries on heavy mask blanks and flat panel display (FPD) substrate components.

The Cee^® 200HD spin coater is fully programmable via the 6-inch, 1/4 VGA touch screen display, offers manual loading/unloading, and is designed to spin coat substrates up to 12" x 12".
