Cornell University, NanoScale Facility

The Cornell NanoScale Science & Technology Facility has had a long and successful relationship with Brewer Science and its Cee® equipment. It began with planarization and antireflection materials. Soon we were purchasing Cee spin coaters and hot plates to supplement our existing equipment. Eventually we had outfitted the entire facility with Cee equipment. We find it to be very robust in our very demanding environment, and it is easy to repair when the inevitable damage occurs. Parts and advice have always been easy to obtain, and the technicians are very motivated to see that things are working properly. Our questions are always answered, and parts are shipped quickly. We have found that the quality and function of these tools make them the best value on the market. Capabilities and modifications are added to reflect customers’ needs. Flexibility and precision are available for a reasonable price, and the equipment is built to last.
