Whatever challenges we face, we are here for our employees, customers and community.

Every business has felt the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Travel restrictions, working remotely, and social distancing are all now common changes that were thrust upon us this year.

Brewer Science was prepared and ready for these changes. With the support and spirit of our employees, we quickly adapted to a work-from-home and work-from-facility structure. We continue to focus on our employees’ safety, maintaining our high-class operational capabilities, and delivering appropriate service, security, and confidentiality for our customers and industry partners.

For Brewer Science, it was and continues to be, the well-being and needs of our employees, their families, our communities, and customers that drives our leadership’s decisions during these times. We must also respect the environment we operate in and our governments’ requirements on an international scale. We strive to maintain a high level of stewardship by providing all of our employees with cloth masks and making donations to our local hospitals.

We’ve worked hard to stay connected to each other and our customers and partners throughout this time. While we continue to operate under these policies, we’ve developed a phased approach and tiered criteria as we work toward our team fully returning to the facilities while maintaining a low risk and highly productive working environment for the Brewer Science family.

We heard from one significant global customer, thanking us for our outstanding support during Q1 and the ongoing pandemic. We are committed to doing the same for all our customers, serving you safely, and continuing to fulfill orders on time.

While our work has not stopped as the coronavirus impacts the global community, we have made significant adjustments to ensure we meet our customers’ evolving needs.

To serve our customers while protecting the health and safety of our employees, we have implemented both work-from-home protocols, where security and confidentiality are assured, and a work-from-a-company office or facility policies where specialized processes have been enacted including social distancing and the highest standards of sanitization.

As a result of these protocols, our customers’ orders are being fulfilled safely and on time.

Our dedicated employees will meet the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic with professionalism, putting safety and health first, to ensure our products meet or exceed our industry’s highest standards of excellence.
